ABOUT US

Varsity Pages is the culmination of years of involvement in high school athletics in varying capacities. Our mission is to help young athletes who have the interest and ability to continue their playing careers after high school achieve that goal while earning their college degree.

Brad Smith, President

Brad Smith has been involved in sports since the age of five. He fully understands what sports mean to high school athletes. While attending Huntingdon (Tennessee) High School he lettered all four years in baseball as a short stop/pitcher and in football as a strong safety/punter. After high school he accepted a baseball scholarship to play at Volunteer State (Tennessee) as a pitcher/third baseman. He has remained very active in sports by coaching youth soccer and basketball.

Brad now lives in Franklin, Tennessee with his wife and his two daughters. His professional career has included owning and operating a multi-state health care company and serving as a regional sales manager for a telecommunications company. His hobbies are church softball and golf. "In real estate they say that the three main things to look for are location, location and location. In the recruiting process the three main things are exposure, exposure and exposure." This is where Varsity Pages comes in.

Tucker Curtis, Executive Vice President

Tucker Curtis has always had a love for sports. He has a great understanding of the life lessons you learn from participating in high school athletics. In high school he attended Brentwood Academy and played on three state championship teams in football. He was a captain his senior year and played tight end/defensive end and handled the kicking duties as well. After high school he attended the University of Tennessee and majored in Business Management. He has continued to be involved

Tucker now resides in Nashville, Tennessee with his wife and two children. In his professional career he has been an executive in the transportation industry as well as being the owner of an insurance agency. His hobbies include golf and coaching youth sports. He believes that the discipline you learn from playing sports in high school and college prepares you for future success in the business world. “ There are more athletes that could play on the college level if they had the proper exposure than actually play. College coaches are always looking for that diamond in the rough.”
